Professional Training:
I am a clinical supervisor/ therapist lead at Equip Health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I am intensively trained in CBT (via Boston University), CBT-E (CREDO), and DBT (Behavioral Tech). I have participated in expert supervision with Dr. Suzanne Straebler and continuously participate in an online peer support supervision group for CBT-E. I have previously served as a co-chair for the Technology and Innovation special interest group for the Academy of Eating Disorders.
