Professional Training:
I am the Co-Founder and Director of Operations of the Center for Hope & Health, LLC., a private outpatient treatment center. As a Diplomate CBT-Certified Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, I specialize in cognitive-behavioral models for eating disorders, OCD and PTSD. I provide direct service treatment and clinical supervision to trainees at my practice. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Temple University and a clinical facilitator at the Minding Your Mind Foundation. I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University in 2011. I worked as both a primary therapist and treatment team leader over the course of 4 years at the Renfrew Center and received specialized eating disorder training in CBT-e from CREDO and Family-Based Treatment through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. I received additional certification in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD from the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a CBT fellowship through the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Cognitive Therapy. Lastly, I am currently co-authoring a clinical text, Comorbid Eating Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: A Clinician’s Guide to Challenges in Treatment, scheduled to be published in 2022 via Cambridge University Press.
